We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality sunglasses and customer service. You may return within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Customer is required to pay for return shipping unless you have received incorrect shades. Initial shipping charges will not be refunded.

Return Instructions:

1. Refer to your packing slip included with your order for a return address. Please include the following information: 

  • Your Name
  • Order #
  • Return Address
  • Phone number we can reach you at during business hours
  • List of items being sent back
  • Reason for return

2. Please return your items using a traceable shipping method with a tracking number(e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx)
4. Returns must be undamaged.
6. Replacements will be treated as new orders, you will be supplied a new tracking number, shipping charges may apply.
